GROUP TRAINING

Group training is available at NRG plus Personal Training. This is a cost effective way of getting some exercise into your weekly schedule whilst making new friends and having a laugh along the way.

Friday AM is the studio’s main group session. Starting at 9:00 and running for an hour it’s format changes from week to week. Ranging from heavy lifting sessions to fun cardio inspired sessions. This is a great way to get the heart rate up and the body moving. Contact the studio for more details. Spots are limited for this class, so book early in the week to secure your place.

NRG plus also caters to those who don’t want to do specific 1 on 1 training and don’t feel quite comfortable to yet train with others. If you have a group of 3 or more friends that want to commit to their training as you do, we can find a suitable time and day to suit your busy lifestyle. These can be a standard circuit class, a MetaPWR Class or a ZUU class. We can book either a 30 minute session or a 1 hour session.  Contact the studio for more information.

NRG plus also participates in nationwide group training events and Obstacle Races. Events such as “Burpee For A Cause” a 1K of traveling burpees raising funds for charities is a great way to interact with the community and get out and about in the great outdoors.

NRG plus also nominates a team of eager clients to participate in Spartan Race Australia Sprint Race. This is a 7k race with various obstacles to conquer. We find this to be a great team building exercise and a great trip away. Whether it’s Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne the NRG plus team always manages to have a fun time and makes new friends.
