Individual TRAINING (1-ON-1)

NRG plus Personal Training’s main focus and drive is 1 on 1 training. This is where we get to listen to what you really want to achieve with your health and fitness. And then we get to put a plan in action to achieve your goals.

When you become a member of the NRG plus family it all becomes about YOU! There are no generic training plans that get pulled out of a draw and presented to you…All training sessions are designed for you and you alone. They are structured to help you work towards your goals. Taking into account your level of fitness and ability.

No session is pre-planned in advanced as things can change on a weekly basis. So every time you come into the studio to train, you can be assured it will be tailored to your needs and abilities. This could be more mobility work for you, specific strength training or learning to stretch and release your muscles.

1 on 1 sessions are available in 30 minute or 60 minute blocks with prices starting at $30 and $50 respectively.
